New coalition formed to suggest water release plan for the Delaware system

A conservation group coalition has agreed to speak with one voice on behalf of the Delaware Watershed. The new Delaware Watershed Conservation Coalition (DWCC) will propose new plan for water releases. Read more in the Delaware-Water-Release-March-2011 announcement.
